This property comes equipped with a private pool and lush tropical grounds which boasts a colorful array of Caribbean fauna. The welcoming breezes flow through the French doors that span the entire living, dining room & kitchen at Brise De Mer. Not only is the main living area open concept and spacious, but it also has an airy balcony with picturesque views of the ever alluring Caribbean Sea and the famous Pigeon Island National landmark, the beautiful Anse Du Cap beach seen from the villa is a short distance away, just waiting for you to visit. Sit back and take in the scene or host a lavish dinner party. Go down a few stairs to find the pool and lounge area where the uninterrupted views paint the scene. Brise De Mer has three ensuite bedrooms located on the top floor, the master bedroom and the first bedroom both have king beds & their own private balconies. The third room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king if so desired. The fourth room is a semidetached apartment accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa, this is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom and living/dining space and its own bar and patio area. This large spacious villa is great for the couple looking for a quiet and private get away as well as a family who desires a space to play and relax together. The villa is equipped with modern appliances and furnishings, and there are three bathrooms with tubs and two half baths, one located on the main floor and one near the pool. Staffing includes: housekeeper/cook - 6 days weekly, a gardener once a week & pool maintenance twice weekly.  Toiletries, towels & safes are provided.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

 

  

This property is a non smoking property.  External areas ONLY may be utilised for the smoking of cigarettes / cigars.  Also if any illegal substances are located or found on the property the result will be immediate eviction and charges may be levied against you.

 

Please note check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon.  Late check outs can be granted upon request, subject to availability, and after paying an applicable fee of US$100.00.

 

All damages and/ or missing items are accountable under the damages contract signed directly with Tropical Villas St. Lucia or with your Tour Operator or Travel Agent.  All charges are to be settled prior to departure.

 

International calls cannot be made from the telephones at the villas, unless a cash deposit or credit card pre-authourisation is made and then these lines can be  opened.  Once this is done, guests are then liable for all international calls made from the telephone line.  This also includes international toll free numbers dialled outside of the country as these DO incur charges locally.

 

No pets are allowed on the property.

 

All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit required to confirm a reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.  For Christmas / New Years bookings,  a 10% supplement is applied to regular high season rate and a 50% Non refundable deposit is required and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the eventuality of a cancellation.

 

Please note that villas are for the exclusive use of resident guests only.  Any extra guests must be pre-advised and pre-arranged through Tropical Villas Management.
