Description

This is a spacious house, which has been recently renovated to a very high standard with much of the exterior in an attractive coral stone finish. The villa is situated on Windward Hills and enjoys views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas. The house is cooled by a constant breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is situated in an acre of landscaped garden that is fenced with access through a remote controlled gate. The villa is a short drive from an 18 hole Championship Golf course and Cotton Bay and Le Sport beaches. The numerous shops and restaurants situated in Rodney Bay are about a 10 minute drive away.

The villa has two storeys.

The first floor has 4 air conditioned double bedrooms. Two of these have kingsize beds and open onto a high level patio, where guests can enjoy wonderful views. Each of these bedrooms has an ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be converted into a king bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms – one with a tub and one with a shower.

Downstairs there are 3 more air conditioned bedrooms.  The Atlantic and Caribbean bedrooms have a kingsize bed and ensuite shower, and the middle bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite shower.

Ample space is provided for relaxation and entertainment with a large sitting / dining room with a TV which is connected to cablevision + a DVD and a stereo. There is a long dining table which can seat 12 persons and another round table which can seat 8 persons.
A wooden patio runs the entire length of the house furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and sofas and loungers for relaxing.

The patio is adjacent to the pool deck, swimming pool and a large wooden deck for sun worshippers. There is also an attractive gazebo with built in seating.

At the back of the house is the kitchen, equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc., a laundry room (with a washing machine and a dryer) and a small drinks fridge, a small child’s bedroom cooled with a ceiling fan and another shower room ( available at a small additional nightly fee) The house is equipped with a baby’s crib and high chair.

The resident caretaker / general maintenance man lives in a cottage at the bottom of the garden separated from the house by mango trees and lawn.

Housekeeper service daily from 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

Staff Detail:

There is a resident caretaker on this property in a separate cottage. Housekeeper Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

 

This property is a non smoking property.  External areas ONLY may be utilised for the smoking of cigarettes / cigars.  Also if any illegal substances are located or found on the property the result will be immediate eviction and charges may be levied against you.

 

Please note check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon.  Late check outs can be granted upon request, subject to availability, and after paying an applicable fee of US$100.00.

 

All damages and/ or missing items are accountable under the damages contract signed directly with Tropical Villas St. Lucia or with your Tour Operator or Travel Agent.  All charges are to be settled prior to departure.

 

International calls cannot be made from the telephones at the villas, unless a cash deposit or credit card pre-authourisation is made and then these lines can be  opened.  Once this is done, guests are then liable for all international calls made from the telephone line.  This also includes international toll free numbers dialled outside of the country as these DO incur charges locally.

 

No pets are allowed on the property.

 

All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit required to confirm a reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.  For Christmas / New Years bookings, a 50% Non refundable deposit is required and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the eventuality of a cancellation.

 

Please note that villas are for the exclusive use of resident guests only.  Any extra guests must be pre-advised and pre-arranged through Tropical Villas Management.
